Service Terms

These terms define how Dawnline Press Rounds (“we”, “us”) provides newspaper and magazine delivery services to individual and business clients. By requesting or continuing a delivery, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

We deliver printed newspapers and magazines within designated areas of London and Reading. Services depend on route capacity, availability, and local access permissions.

2. Orders and Changes

Orders can be placed by email or through our web form. Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be submitted at least one working day before the next scheduled delivery.

3. Delivery Timing

Morning rounds operate between approximately 5:00 and 8:00 a.m. Times may vary due to traffic, weather, strikes, or publication delays. We will communicate any wider disruption by email or public notice on the website.

4. Payment

Payments are processed monthly by bank transfer or card. Invoices reflect actual deliveries made. Late payments may result in temporary suspension until settled.

5. Access and Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property. We do not enter private dwellings and will leave deliveries only at clearly accessible locations.

6. Liability

We handle all deliveries with care but cannot accept liability for loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as road closures, third-party strikes, or severe weather.

7. Content Ownership

All newspaper and magazine content remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. Dawnline Press Rounds provides logistical delivery only and has no editorial role.

8. Privacy

All personal data collected for service purposes is processed in accordance with our Data Use Notice and current UK data protection laws.

9. Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback sent to [email protected]. Complaints will be acknowledged and reviewed within five working days.

10. Termination

Either party may end service with written notice. Prepaid balances for undelivered issues will be credited or refunded within 14 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by courts in the same jurisdiction.
